We believe that private placement offers an alternative to bank financing that meets the needs of mid-caps borrowers looking to diversify their sources of financing. Private debt is by definition illiquid and hence brings investors a premium of several percentage points over listed securities with equivalent rating.

Benoît was a SVP Head of Continental Europe State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), the investment management arm of the State Street group from 1994 to 2013.
Benoît sprearheaded the development of SSGA in Continental Europe and grew the business from scratch into:
– a profitable book of business representing $200 billion of AUM at its peak.
– a multi office distribution capacity across segments with presence in several juridictions.
Prior to SSGA, Benoît was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
